This collaboration combines VIGILINT’s highly specialized emergency physicians and emergency preparedness experts with Cleveland Clinic’s global practice of physicians and specialists. GMAP provides 24/7/365 medical assistance for travelers worldwide.

Created in response to the increased demand for high-level medical care and consultations for global travelers, we’re told that the distance health collaboration augments existing health insurance with on-demand, full-spectrum care through a single point of contact.

MyCare Online allows patients immediate access to a doctor or qualified healthcare provider for a flat fee of $49. All that is needed is an Internet connection, and a camera for video conferencing. Once the health concern is identified, the healthcare professional can submit a prescription, or advise on a treatment plan. They will also refer individuals to the hospital if they feel their concerns are more urgent.
