eWellness, Total Release Physical Therapy Ink Integration and Marketing Agreement


MHW learned Wednesday that eWellness Healthcare Corporation — a provider of telehealth solutions for clinical practices — has forged a new partnership with Total Motion Release Seminars (TMR).

TMR, if you’re not familiar, is a proprietary physical therapy methodology developed by Tom Dalonzo-Baker, MPT.

“TMR is a full-body oriented assessment and treatment approach which helps patients reduce their pain and impairments which are limiting their function,” an emailed statement reads. “This treatment approach is uniquely created to allow physical therapists to interact and treat their patients remotely so integration with PHZIO is expected to be widely adopted within the TMR community.”

eWellness Building Artificial Intelligence Tools, Predictive Analytics


eWellness Healthcare Corporation – a provider of telehealth solutions for clinical practices — has big plans for the remaining months of 2017.

The company, we’re told, now anticipates adding Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and predictive analytics into its PHZIO platform by the end of 2017.

This new AI and predictive analytics are anticipated to combine our current remote monitoring capabilities with machine learning and intelligent analytics that leverage patient health data to improve healthcare outcomes.

eWellness, Global Office Solutions Ink New Agreement


Earlier this week, eWellness Healthcare Corporation (a provider of telehealth solutions for clinical practices) and Global Office Software (a provider of Clinic Management and Electronic Medical Records software for clinical practices) announced today a collaborative partnership to enable GO clients to have integrated access to telehealth functionality from within GO’s software.

In short, Phzio’s telehealth features will work in two primary capacities within the GO Clinic Management software:

1. Enable all calendar appointments to have a “telehealth option”. This will enable a clinical specialist (e.g. Physical Therapist) and patient to click a link associated with the scheduled appointment and thereby initiate a remote telehealth session.

Kicking off the month of May with a bang this morning in Culver City, California, eWellness Healthcare Corporation — provider of the state of the art PHZIO Platform for the physical therapy and telehealth markets — announced that it has launched a new platform at PrehabPT.com.

According to details shared with MHW, PrehabPT.com is up to an 8-week physician to patient, pre-surgical (Prehab) digital therapeutic exercise treatment system designed to prepare patients for hip or knee surgeries including total joint replacements or back surgeries including microdiscectomies and fusions.

Mobile App Devs, Companies Want HIPAA to Stop Weighing Them DowneWellness Healthcare Corporation is the first telehealth company for physical therapy to offer insurance reimbursable remotely monitored physical therapy (PT) treatments.

According to this morning’s news, the company says that its PHZIO telehealth platform meets assurance and compliance milestones in regards to security and confidentiality standards known as HIPAA.

In order to gain HIPAA compliance of its PHZIO system, the company hired EHP 2.0 as a third-party security agency to conduct independent security and HIPAA audits.

ewellnessOn Friday, mHealthWatch learned that eWellness Healthcare Corporation is the first physical therapy telemedicine company to offer insurance reimbursable real-time distance monitored physical therapy (PT) treatments.

“The Company is pleased to announce the Company successfully signed two additional PT Clinics including a multi-clinic practice in Placerville, California and a stand alone practice located in Mississippi for the use of its PHZIO Tele -rehabilitation Platform,” a media release explains.
